I just received my rose petals today, and just had to send you an email. Some background: I sent for a rose petal sample from Petal Garden weeks ago and loved them. I then came across the website for [a competitor], saw how inexpensive they were, so ordered from them, trying to save money. After all, a rose petal is a rose petal, right? WRONG!! These were very shabby looking at best, and when I requested a replacement, the replacements weren't much better at all. I wound up weeding out all the "bad" petals, which took me about an hour to go through one by one. I also lost about 30 cups of petals in the process. I expected the petals from Petal Garden to be much nicer, but I wasn't prepared for just how GREAT they looked! Your petals are large, whole, without bug bites or cracks, and virtually all the petals were in fabulous condition. They truly look like fresh petals, not dried up petals. My husband thought they were silks! There was only about a teaspoon or so in the bottom of the bag broken from shipping, which was less than expected. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how thrilled I am with your product. It's too bad I'm stuck with the "ugly" petals, and I'm kicking myself for not using Petal Garden first.

I have ordered samples from all the other makers of freeze dried flower petals & have been extremely disappointed. What a delight to receive your package & find such a wonderful product inside. Just wanted to say that the 1,000 burgundy petals and scented candles went over VERY WELL! They sat in the bag for an additional week and you could smell them, they smelled very real! It goes without saying that a "bed of roses".... "overwhelmed" her. Thanks for making that night....VERY SPECIAL!

Thank you for your help. I will not order my petals from anywhere else. I love the sample bag and the fact it was so affordable and without shipping costs. I recently had ordered a two-tone ivory and chocolate petal from somewhere else and it actually came in as peach and cinnamon. I was really not happy with their product and they have a 100% money back guarantee but I am still waiting for my refund. Thank you so much for your wonderful, friendly customer service, and beautiful silk rose petals. I ordered hot pink and bubble gum. The colors shown on the Internet are a very close match. I was so pleased with the look and feel of these petals, and I also liked the mixed sizes. They were more like real rose petals. I had bought some petals at the craft stores here in town, but there were so inferior in everyway! I recently had my wedding in Mobile, AL just before hurricane Katrina. We used the freeze dried petals and they were gorgeous!! To me they are better than the real petals because the real ones are quite slippery and these look just as good and especially in this awful heat.
